    Q1: Is the marking depth adjustable?
    Marking depth will be material dependent.
    Basically you can adjust the air pressure and the distance between pin & obejct to change the marking depth.
    Different pin seleciton and the consuption of pin will also affect the depth.
    Besides, you can also adjust the marking speed in our MCU to get a different depth needs.
    Q2. Marking pin is consumpted, can I re-grind it?
    Yes, it's one of our main features, almost no consumption.
    Just take a note on its central tip when you are grining the makring pin, or cotact us for service.
    Q3. My work-piece is not smooth, can I use Marksman pin marking machine?
    Marksman® pin marking machine provides dual mode of fast & high-stroke, when the object is not smooth, you can use LP marking pin and switch to high-stroke mode, then up to 12mm stroke distance is workable.
    Q4: For different hardness work-pieces, is there suitable marking pin?
    Please try PH pin and fast mode first, choose the DOT type marking method, it will minimize the pin impact on the work-piece.  Then, adjust a most suitable distance betwen the pin and your work-piece.
