| CHIKO® CKU series Dust collector |
| CKU dust collector has very compact size, can be installed in limited space as A4 paper. Equipped with multi-layer filter bag as prefilter, high capacity and easy changeout. Main filter has 98% high efficiency for 0.3μm particles. If upgraded to HEPA filter, efficiency will exceed 99.97%, availabe in cleanroom Class1000~100.
