The metal filter uses high quality stainless steel fibers as raw materials, after non-woven laying and stacking, then sintered under high temperature and vacuum conditions to form a depth filter element, with most prominent feature of high porosity.

The uniform metal fiber can form a stable pore size distribution, therefore, the metal fiber felt can provide good air permeability while ensuring precise filtration accuracy.

☉ Specifications

 • The sintered metal film can be made within thicknesss of 0.7~1.2mm with extra wire mesh supprting layer.
 • The absolute filtration accuracy for liquid is 3~200µm, and 0.1µm for gas.
 • The element can be processed into round tube, corrugated and sheet shape with requested sizes.
